Great way to stock your freezer! Full beef off the hoof, a grain finished beef, brought from the farm and sent to our local butcher. You pay for the whole animal. Once it has gone through the slaughtering process the butcher will then weight it to determine the hanging weight. It will then hang for a minimum of 14 days. Processing charges are determined by the hanging weight. You are then contacted by the butcher to select the cut you want, the packaging type, size or weights of each cut, and the quanitities of each cut. PICK UP ONLY in Elwood, NE. Approximately 28 cu.ft. of freezer space is necessary to store a full beef. This price does not include processing charges, you will pay that directly to the butcher.
